The staff of the hotel was very friendly and hospitable. I had to seek medical attention during my stay and the night manager and crew were very helpful. the location of the hotel was also convenient for my business trip. the room offered free Wi-Fi access and a comfortable bed.
The room had patchy paint on the walls and the roof which made the room look shabby. on my first day, I was not offered complimentary breakfast, which was a disappointment.

The staff at this hotel is known for their hospitality and cordial approach. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of, even in times of emergency, as mentioned by a previous guest who needed medical attention. the location of the hotel is convenient and easily accessible. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with the exception of some paint patches on the walls and roof in one specific room. the complimentary breakfast, although missing on the first day, is provided on the second day.
One negative aspect is that the welcome drink could be improved by offering a variety of juices instead of just water.

I had a fantastic stay here! The cleanliness was great, everything looked super clean and well-maintained. the hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped gym and a beautiful swimming pool. The staff was really good, always making sure that my needs were met and they were very friendly and cute. The location was also great, conveniently close to transportation and within easy reach of this city's attractions. The breakfast served was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided a wonderful experience.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

I really enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff at this hotel. They were always there to assist and took care of me during my stay. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities. the complimentary breakfast offered on the second day was a great way to start the day and I appreciated the variety of food options available.
There were a few aspects that I was not pleased with. I was disappointed that the welcome drink provided upon arrival was just water, and I would have preferred a refreshing juice instead.
